The Alberta Government’s response to its decreased revenue from the recession has been to impement budget and public sector cuts. The result has been reduced public services for Albertans in areas like education and health care. How can we protect these vital services from economic uncertainty in the future? This conference will explore alternative economic and social policies that could be used by government to benefit all Albertans.
