Robert Diab is a Vancouver lawyer with experience in criminal, administrative and constitutional law. He is also the author of ‘Guantanamo North: Terrorism and the Administration of Justice in Canada’ (Fernwood, 2008), and a member of the Legal Studies department at Capilano University in North Vancouver.
